Christopher Giordano

In sweet remembrance of Christopher Giordano, a Brooklyn, New York native, whose enduring warmth and vibrant spirit touched the hearts of so many during his 66 years, we celebrate a beautiful life lost too soon. After two trying years filled with many health challenges, he departed peacefully on November 21, 2023, in Sarasota, Florida, leaving behind a legacy of strength, resilience, and love. Christopher, known to his loved ones as llee, Soulmate, Cute-mate, Papa, Daddio, Papa Chris, Christofah, Kreeese, Dear Brother, Uncle GoGo, Baltika Man, UCFM (Uncle Christopher Funny Man), The King, Warrior, Little Boon, and likely many more, was a bright light to all who had the great fortune to know him. His thoughtful, generous, kind and loving nature instantly made everyone feel as though they were the most important part of his day. So often, he is described as an angel walking the earth. Because of Christopher’s remarkable sense of humor, his innate ability to form deep, lasting connections with others and his impressive depth of knowledge in various therapeutic areas, he built a successful 16 year career as a Sales Specialist in the Pharmaceutical and Health Care industries. However, the professional role he was most proud of was his most recent position as a Surgical Navigator in the Oncology Tower at Sarasota Memorial Hospital (SMH). This role not only enabled him to give back to the incredible SMH community that did so much for him throughout his medical journey, but also to oncology patients and their families. Outside of his professional life, perhaps his most important role was the 15 years he dedicated to being a Stay at Home Dad and best friend to his children. His small family unit is so close and tight today because of the time that he spent with them as their rock and spiritual leader. Every day he blessed his wife and children individually with these words: Jesus, Mary and Joseph watch over you. Heavenly Father cover Chris G, cover Madeline, cover Princess in the blood of Jesus Christ, and in his name, send them the Holy Spirit Christopher’s passion for being with family and friends was most evident in his favorite activities: golfing, cooking, using his 1400-pound pizza oven, and of course, enjoying all the delicious food he made. His dream was to play golf with his friends, plan the menu for dinner that night and break bread with family and friends every chance he could Christopher is survived by his beloved wife, Natasha, his son Christopher Henry, his daughter Madeline Marina, and his sisters Margaret Giordano, Susan Gill, Joanna Panza, and Constance Luciano. He was preceded in death by his parents Margaret and Henry, as well as his older brother Henry Giordano.
