Brian Jay "Beaver" Liberman
November 5, 1959 - December 17, 2021
Brian Jay “Beaver” Liberman passed away December 17th following a long illness. Brian was a Sarasota native and grew up on the beaches and waterways of the area. His kindness knew no bounds and he was a friend to everyone. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tell a story. What defined him most was his love of the water and love of good food. He had many interests including fishing, boating, skiing, surfing and diving, snowboarding and skydiving. He had many lifelong friends, whom he stayed in touch with. He moved to California in his twenties and worked for many years in the motion picture industry as a Grip/Key Grip. He loved working on major films, but his greatest accomplishment was being a father. He married Eva Maria (Bartos) Liberman with whom he had a daughter, Jillian Liberman. He was pre-deceased by his parents Dorothy Liberman and M. Jack Liberman, M.D. He will be most missed by his beloved daughter Jillian Liberman, devoted sister Jill Liberman (Michael Haser) brother’s Mark Liberman and Rex Liberman, stepbrother Chard Crompton and niece Courtney Crompton ex-wife Eva Maria Liberman and by the many who called him friend. A celebration of life will be planned in the near future
