Greg Shaun Ard “Greg”, Caring Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Son and Friend left this world quietly on Friday, May 20, 2022, at age 50. He was born to Ronald and Florence Ard August 30th, 1971, in Goshen, Indiana. They moved to Sarasota, Florida in 1984 where Greg graduated from Sarasota High School in 1990. He was a member of Abundant Life Church where he served as usher and greeter. He loved spending time with family and friends, camping, recruiting fans for Nascar and celebrating the Cowboys football team. Greg retired from Sunnyside Village after 22 years of service where he was well respected and liked by many. Greg was preceded in death by his maternal Grandparent’s Verton and Lydia Gingerich. Left to cherish his memories are his loving parents Ronald and Florence Ard from Brewton, Alabama, his wife Tina M. Ard and their children Anthony, Shyana, and Darren Ard and his wife Brittni and their children Braydon and Brooke. His brother, Pastor Anthony and wife Danielle Ard and their children Austin and Caleb. A celebration of Greg’s life will be held on Thursday May 26th, 2022, at 10 am at Abundant Life Church located at 6461 Proctor Road Sarasota Florida 34241.
