Lisa Marie Kennedy (Burgess)

November 30, 1969 - April 20, 2022

Lisa Marie Kennedy (Burgess), 52, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at the Tidewell Hospice House after a tough battle with pancreatic cancer. Lisa was born November 30th, 1969 in Portland, Maine to Delbert Burgess, Jr. & Paula (Ashnault) Burgess. She married Matthew Kennedy on May 1st, 2016 and he survives. Also surviving are her Mother Paula (Ashnault) Burgess of South Portland, Maine, two daughters, Brandi Leigh Maslar & Isabella Rose Maslar (Richard Maslar Father), & auntie, uncle & cousins. Her father Delbert Burgess, Jr. preceded her in death. Lisa moved to Georgia for some years and then to Lakewood Ranch, Florida. She went to Life University, GA and graduated with her doctorate in Chiropractic. She later found her love of being a successful realtor in the area. Lisa was loved by all and always had a positive outlook that everyone admired. There will be a Celebration of Life Monday, April 25th at Woodland Community Church located at 9607 State Road 70 East, Bradenton, FL 34202. The service will be from 7:30-8:30pm.
