William Cyrus Fincher Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

William Cyrus Fincher, 76, of Ellenton, FL died at Lakewood Ranch Hospital on December 10, 2021. He was born in Noblesvillle, IN to Robert S. Fincher and Mary (Heath) Fincher. William (Bill) grew up in Breckenridge, Texas. After high school Bill moved to Sarasota, FL where he worked for Cars of Yesterday for a short time and then for General Telephone as a lineman and installer for 20 years. Bill moved back to Texas in 1979 and continued to work for General Telephone. In 1983 he stated his own company First Texas Connections and had a very successful business. In 1988 Bill moved back to Florida and started a company First Florida Connections which then changed it's name to Structured Communications Cabling Inc. and in 2004 the name changed to Structured Network Cabling Inc. that is still in operation today, Bill enjoyed motorcycle racing in his younger years, loved to skydive and scuba dive. He had a beautiful boat and 2 Sea Doo's which he enjoyed immensely. He loved to travel with his 5th Wheel Trailer Surviving are his wife Linda, his daughter Barbara Conquest and her husband Patrick Conquest, 3 grandchildren Cody, Sean and Benjamin. Also surviving are his Brother Rafe Cloe and wife Judy and his sister Cathy Ryerson and brother William Beister and his wife Jan.. Also 4 step children and 11 step grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary A memorial service will be at a later date.
